How to Purchase On-line

To purchase items on our website, please follow these steps:
1.1 Click on the product you want to access the relevant product sheet and view all relevant details and information about the product. Select the size and then click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG.
1.2 To purchase immediately, click PURCHASE. To modify the content of the shopping bag, select Quantity and refresh the shopping bag. To remove the product, click the Trash Can icon next to each item. Review the products placed in your shopping bag and click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to finalize your order.
1.3 Enter the necessary shipping information and select the payment method:
• Credit Card or PayPal
• Credit Card via telephone
• Bank transfer
In the end, read the summary of your purchase carefully and click PURCHASE.
Upon completion of the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order and the confirmation that it has been correctly received. Next you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment.
Order processing is only allowed for adults.

Payment Methods

All the prices of the products shown on the website are excluding taxes and VAT.
All possible shipping costs or expenses are informed to the customer through the website.
The following payment methods are provided:
• PayPal
The payment can be made by the customer to paypal.
• Credit card
By selecting the Credit Card payment method, you will be requested to enter all requie data: number, expiration, and CVV in extreme security. Under no circumstances will Spernanzoni SRL be able to know or file credit card information of customers. Credit cards’ information must never by used. Under no circumstances can Spernanzoni SRL be held responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
• Credit Card by telephone
By selecting Credit Card Payment by telephone, the order will be completed on the phone with one of our operators, to which you will provide the following card data: number, expiration date and cvv.
• Bank Transfer
While the bank transfer is selected as the payment method , the bank details will be displayed for payment. In this case, the shipment of the goods will only be effected upon the actual receipt of the payment.

Shipping and taxes

Spernanzoni srl ships through DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) inside the EU, and in these destinations goods will be sent to the place indicated without paying any extra amount, other than what paid once the order was placed. For any other country, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is used, so the courier might have a separate invoice requesting the payment of the duties and taxes required by the local authorities. If the shipping address is in a country that is part of the EU, the goods are subject to VAT (22%); if the shipping address is in a country that is NOT part of the EU, according to Art. 8, paragraph 1, a) - 21 - 23, Presidential Decree n. 633/1972, the goods are not subject to VAT. Any custom duty or taxes will be calculated and applied by the customs authorities. The cost of sending and returning the item to us is your responsibility. Customs duties and any additional burden of customs clearance is paid by the customer also for returning. For the delivery of the items, the Client can choose his own residence or domicile, the work place, or a private address of his choice. For safety reasons, no delivery will be made to PO boxes and the order will not be completed. For every order placed on the Website, Spernanzoni srl issues a receipt of the goods shipped, by sending it to whomever placed the order, according to the Presidential Decree 445/2000 and the Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issue of the receipt we will use the information disclosed by the Client when placing the order. No changes in the receipt will be possible, once it has been issued. Delivery expenses are paid by the Client and are separately highlighted in the order form. They can change in relation to the shipping method chosen and the destination of the Products. For the delivery of the goods to take place it is necessary that the Client or a person in charge is present at the address indicated in the order. Once the goods are delivered by the Courier, the Client needs to verify: (i) that the number of packages is the same as of what declared in the transportation document(DDT); (ii) that the package is not damaged, nor wet or altered, also in the seals. Damages to the package and/or product or the lack of correspondence between the number of packages or the indications must be immediately reported, expressing written reservation on the Courier’s delivery document. Once the Courier’s document has been signed, the Client cannot object anything regarding the outside characteristics of the items delivered. In the event that Speranzoni srl cannot deliver the order due to sudden unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Spernanzoni srl will immediately, and not beyond 10 (ten) days, notify the Client via e-mail. The amount paid by the Client will be refunded as soon as possible, but not beyond 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchasing order.


You may replace any product purchased within 14 days from the date we have delivered the goods to you.
Follow these steps to proceed with the product replacement:
4.1 Contact Customer Service (, tel 0733865149, e-commerce department) and notify which item you would like to receive as a replacement for the one you have purchased; if the required replacement item is available, Customer Service will reserve it for you.
4.2 Pack the product that you want to exchange in the same box as the one you were shipped with;
4.3 Notify the Customer Service of the preparation of the parcel.
4.4 Our Customer Service will inform the assigned courier to pick up the parcel.
Please be reminded that the replacement you requested can only be made if the product is available in our warehouses and only if the product you return is intact, as well as any accessories, labels included in its original packaging. Spernanzoni reserves the right to refuse substitution claims communicated beyond the 14-day limit specified above or relating to products not in the same conditions as they were received by the customer; in that case, however, no refund will be made on the amount paid for the product originally purchased.
4.5 The shipping costs for replacement are at customer’s expense.

Right of Withdrawal

Accoding to the Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014 implementing Directives 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw, without giving reasons, within 14 days.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at the following address: Spernanzoni s.r.l., Via Gentile da Fabriano 22, 62010 Morrovalle(MC), Italy, TEL: 0733865149,, of your decision to terminate this agreement.
In order to comply with the term of withdrawal, it is sufficient that the customer submits the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
5.1 Conseguences of the withdrawal
If the customer waives this agreement, all payments made to us will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day when we receive the goods from the customer, withhold the right to retain the refund until we have received the documentary proof of the shipment of the goods by the customer or the goods themselves for inspection.
The the amount of the refund is carried out by the same payment method, with which the order was made except the customer stated explicitly the desire to receive the refund in a different payment method. In any case, the customer has no costs of this refund.
The customer is required to return the goods without undue delays and in any case within 14 days of the date on which the customer has notified us of his/her withdrawal from this sales contract. The term is respected if the customer returns the goods within 14 days.
The costs of returning the goods will be at the customer's expense.

5.2 Exclusion of right of withdrawal
We remind you that Bespoke Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59, para. I, lett. c) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumption Code), being custom-made and / or custom-made goods. Therefore, if you have purchased one or more Bespoke Products, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal in relation to these goods.
